Shipping and Receiving

Fibrix Filtration, a leading nonwoven manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Team Member to support our production and customer fulfillment goals. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who’s willing to put in the work to ensure standards of quality and communication. Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and supplies Pick, stage, and ship finished goods to meet production and customer schedules Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely Accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation (BOLs, packing slips, labels) Maintain inventory accuracy Work closely with production and warehouse teams to support daily production goals Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks as needed Shipping and Receiving Qualifications/Skills: Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain) Must be able to read and write legibly Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Pay: From $14.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
