About the Role We are currently looking for a Shipping & Materials Handler to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, preparation, packaging, handling, and shipment of semen products and materials. Working closely with internal teams and transportation providers, this position supports daily warehouse and distribution activities, inventory movement, shipping documentation, customer deliveries, and warehouse organization while ensuring product quality and on-time order fulfillment. What You Will Do: Receive, document, store, and accurately track incoming products, materials, and inventory. Pick, prepare, package, label, and stage orders for shipment while ensuring product quality and adherence to established procedures. Prepare and maintain shipping containers, coordinate shipment pickups and deliveries, and ensure accurate shipping documentation. Process field returns, issue call tags, support inventory transfers, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while supporting tank tracking, equipment readiness, and inventory management activities. Track shipments, communicate shipping status and delivery concerns, and provide support to customers, sales representatives, and internal teams. Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and warehouse records while supporting facility maintenance, safety initiatives, onboarding activities, and process improvement projects. Safely handle liquid nitrogen and related equipment while adhering to all company safety procedures and protocols. What You Need to Succeed: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, distribution, materials handling, or a related environment; experience in the agriculture or dairy industry preferred. Strong attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, time management, and communication skills. Ability to accurately handle, document, and track inventory and shipments while prioritizing work and meeting deadlines. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn ERP, inventory, shipping, and business systems; UPS WorldShip experience preferred. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and lift up to 50 pounds. This position offers a minimum starting rate of $22.00 per hour with potential compensation enhancements based on applicable experience and qualifications.
