Shipping and Logistics Coordinator

Quintessence Jewelry Corporation is looking for a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator who can keep shipments organized and help ensure a smooth experience for our wholesale customers. Your Day-to-Day You'll work closely with our order processing, inventory, and sales teams to coordinate outgoing shipments and keep delivery information accurate. Prepare shipping documents, labels, and order records. Verify products and quantities against customer orders. Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers. Track deliveries and follow up on delays or discrepancies. Maintain organized shipping and inventory documentation. Communicate shipment updates to internal teams and customers. Support careful packaging and secure handling procedures for valuable merchandise. What You Bring to the Table 1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, order fulfillment, warehouse administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfort using spreadsheets, shipping platforms, and basic office software. Clear communication and the ability to manage changing priorities. A dependable approach to handling valuable products and sensitive shipment information. Experience with jewelry, wholesale distribution, or international shipping is helpful but not required.
