Reports to: Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor Work Location: Quebec City, QC Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Day Shift Job Description Do you enjoy organized and fast-paced work? Are you interested in logistics, transportation, and shipping coordination? Join our team as a Shipping and Logistics Clerk . In this role, you will contribute to the smooth execution of logistics operations by supporting shipping, transportation, and documentation activities. You will work in a structured environment where attention to detail, organization, and teamwork are essential to ensuring efficient service to our internal and external customers while complying with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and established procedures. Responsibilities Process picking tickets and support daily activities related to the shipment of products and parts; Provide administrative and operational support to the logistics team in carrying out various shipping and transportation activities; Select carriers in accordance with established procedures and customer, product, and destination requirements; Prepare, review, and process required shipping, transportation, and customs documentation; Distribute relevant documentation to customers, carriers, customs agencies, and other stakeholders involved; Update computerized systems and ensure the accuracy of transaction entries and logistics data. Qualifications College diploma (DEC) in logistics, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field; Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar logistics, transportation, or shipping role; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system (an asset); Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken; Good knowledge of shipping, transportation, and customs documentation processes.
