Shipping and Inventory Specialist

About us KEI Steam Solutions, Inc. is a fast-paced growing business in Green Bay, WI. We are seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. This role helps keep warehouse operations organized, safe, and efficient. This role includes inventory monitoring. Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Verify order contents, quantities, and shipping documents for accuracy. Operate shipping systems to create labels and track outgoing packages. Load and unload deliveries while handling products safely. Maintain clean, organized shipping and staging areas. Monitor packaging and shipping supplies; report low inventory. Communicate shipment issues, damaged goods, and delivery delays to the supervisor. Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards. Assist with receiving inventory counts and inventory monitoring. Tracking customer returns (RMA), and dealing with vendor warranty returns Stock order tracking from vendors Assembly of components Project equipment staging, tagging, and labeling Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is helpful but not required. Ability to lift and move packages up to [50] pounds. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills. Reliable attendance and a team-focused attitude. Forklift certification is a plus. Mechanical aptitude a plus.
