Shipping and Inventory Coordinator

Atlanta Air Exchange, Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Aviation Shipping & Inventory Coordinator . This position combines computer-based shipping responsibilities with aviation parts inventory management. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with computers, can learn new software, and takes pride in accuracy. Attention to detail is the MOST important qualification for this position. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Order Processing Process customer purchase orders and create invoices using Quantum Control aviation inventory software. Prepare domestic and international shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping software. Verify customer information, part numbers, quantities, and shipping details for accuracy. Prepare shipping paperwork and ensure orders are processed correctly. Coordinate outgoing shipments and maintain accurate shipping records. Inventory Management Identify and accurately enter aviation parts into our inventory management system. Record part numbers, serial numbers, descriptions, quantities, and other required information. Review inventory information for accuracy and completeness. Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory records. Ensure accurate documentation and data entry. Qualifications Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Experience with FedEx, UPS, or DHL shipping software is a plus. Previous inventory or data entry experience is preferred. Aviation industry experience is helpful but not required . What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that the little details matter. Whether entering a part number, creating an invoice, or preparing a shipping label, accuracy is essential. You do not need aviation experience to be successful in this role. We are willing to train the right person who has strong computer skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to doing the job correctly. This is not a traditional warehouse or forklift position. The primary focus is computer-based shipping, order processing, and accurate inventory data entry.
