Shipping and Fulillment Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping and Fulfillment Associate to join our logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of orders, managing inventory, and coordinating shipping logistics to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision. Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, scheduling pickups, and ensuring timely dispatch of shipments. Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks safely using load & unload equipment, and verify contents against shipping documents. Maintain organized storage through effective stocking practices, inventory management, and warehouse distribution procedures. Support packaging operations by selecting appropriate materials to safeguard products during transit while adhering to quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols during warehouse operations including the use of and proper handling of equipment like pallet jacks. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes. Ability to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks safely. Basic math skills for counting stock, calculating weights/volumes, and verifying shipments accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and stock management. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing superior customer service. Knowledge of shipping logistics and e-commerce fulfillment processes is highly desirable.
