Shipping and Fulfillment Specialist Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association (MADA) Location: West St. Paul, MN | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, weekdays, 8:00a -4:30p | Pay: $21–$25 per hour Keep orders moving and help dealers get what they need. Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association is looking for a Shipping and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in West St. Paul. In this role, you’ll prepare and ship orders, receive and organize inventory, and make scheduled deliveries to dealers. You’ll work with a small team that values accuracy, dependability, communication, and doing things the right way. About MADA: MADA supports Minnesota’s franchised automobile dealers through advocacy, education, and business resources. Our team provides products and services that help dealers serve their customers and keep their businesses moving. What You’ll Do: Pick, verify, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time. Carefully handle and track serialized inventory, including plates and stickers. Receive inventory, verify quantities and serial numbers, and organize products for accurate order fulfillment. Make scheduled deliveries to dealers and document the handoff of products. Process warehouse and apparel orders and help with stocking and inventory. Use inventory management and shipping tools, including ShipStation, to process orders and maintain accurate records. Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, delivery concerns, or potential delays. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safe lifting and warehouse practices. Cross-train on different types of orders to support the team when coverage is needed. You’ll receive training and daily support from the Shipping and Fulfillment Lead as you learn the role and its procedures. What We’re Looking For: One to two years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately check numbers and follow established procedures. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Dependability and a willingness to communicate when questions or issues come up. Comfort using computer-based systems; experience with inventory software or ShipStation is helpful. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. A valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable for company deliveries. Physical Requirements: This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend and reach, and operate a pallet jack.
