s role requires accuracy in managing paperwork, bills of lading, pro-forma invoices, and maintaining correct shipping files and records. You will also be responsible for coordinating pallet retrieval, calculating truck time, and tracking loads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare clean bills of lading and relevant shipping documents
• Maintain shipping files and Daily Shipment Record
• Calculate monthly truck time for local and lease trucks
• Track loads on TMC website for effective communication
• Coordinate with customer service and carriers for shipments
Requirements:
• Strong clerical skills with high accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
