Colio Estate Wines Inc. requires a full-time shift shipper and receiver at our winery in Harrow. The position is an integral part of the winery process and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. The incumbent will be involved in all aspect of shipping and receiving and the duties of operating the warehouse. Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to; · Maintain and improve all aspects of safety and quality within the department · Load and unloading of various good and materials · Order picking for various customers, on time and in full with no errors · Ensure the efficient operation of the production line through timely staged materials and finished goods · On time delivery of finished product to various accounts · Other duties shall be assigned as required · Deliveries to licensee accounts as required Interested candidates should possess; · High level of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. · Evidence of strong interpersonal skills ability to work with others. · A self-starter with high energy levels and a “does what it takes” attitude. · Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. · Effective organizational skills. · Ability to work shifts with minimal supervision. · Clean driving record · Post-secondary education is an asset By joining Colio Estate Wines, you will not only become part of a friendly team of wine, beer and cider enthusiasts, but also a family that does not lose sight of the importance of all the parts that make up the whole.
