Job Overview The Shipper/Receiver & Warehouse coordinator is responsible for the efficient coordination of shipping, receiving, inventory handling, freight arrangements, warehouse organization, and daily warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurate, properly packaged, shipped on time, and that incoming products are received, inspected, processed, and stored correctly. This is a hands-on operational role that combines physical warehouse responsibilities with inventory control, freight coordination, shipping documentation, and operational accountability. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities. The Shipper/Receiver & Warehouse Coordinator is expected to learn and understand the company’s product line, warehouse procedures, freight processes, inventory systems, and operational standards. Training and support will be provided as required. Duties Maintain a high level of shipping accuracy and order completeness. Can prepare bills of ladin, courier documents , and shipping paperwork. Can receive, inspect, label and store all equipment and parts. Ensure inventory counts and warehouse records are kept accurate and up to date. Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse and storage areas. Ensure shipments are prepared professionally and packaged to company standards. Can lift up to 50 pounds. Can safely operate a pallet jack. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, freight issues, and operational concerns promptly. Support efficient warehouse flow and timely processing of incoming and outgoing products. Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and attention to detail in all daily responsibilities. Notices problems and brings forward practical solutions. Requirements Must have 2-4 years experience Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and inventory control practices Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain inventory records and freight documentation. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle products and materials. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing operational requirements. Cover letter is required when submitting resume.
