Shipper/Receiver/General Labour
ManortoolSHIPPER/RECEIVER AND GENERAL LABOUR Responsibilities: Receive raw materials (metal tubes, pipes, flat bars etc.), verify the dimensions, quantities and record them Pack the finished orders and then transfer them to the shipping area Keep the shipping/receiving area organised Maintain all shipping/receiving related paperwork Perform other assigned duties when the shipping/receiving is not busy for example: cut raw materials, clean metal parts etc. Skills/Qualifications: Must have valid Forklift license (propane) High school diploma or equivalent Must be a Permanent resident or Canadian citizen Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a shipper/receiver in a metal fabrication shop Must be able to use tape measures & vernier calipers Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment Effective and professional communication skills-verbal and written Detailed oriented and ability to multitask Time management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week Benefits: Extended health care Work Location: In person
