Shipper/Receiver

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your proactive approach and strong attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting seamless warehouse operations. Duties Receive incoming shipments by inspecting, verifying, and recording deliveries using different software systems. Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders using order pickers and packaging materials. Load and unload trucks safely or other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and updates in zoho or other warehouse distribution systems. Ensure all shipments comply with company standards and customer specifications, including proper packaging and labeling. Assist with warehouse organization by maintaining clean work areas, stacking pallets correctly, and ensuring safe storage practices. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Entry level experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving operations. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Strong understanding of order picking, packing procedures, and load & unload processes. Ability to operate order pickers and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
