Shipper/Receiver

We’re looking for a Shipper Receiver to join our Distribution Centre team in Debert. What You'll Do Receive, unload and verify incoming shipments Pick, prepare, stage and load outgoing orders Put away products and keep inventory organized Complete shipping, receiving and inventory documentation Assist with inventory counts and seasonal product movement Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Work with customers, carriers and other Halifax Seed teams Help keep the warehouse, yard and shipping areas organized What We're Looking For Several years of hands-on warehouse Proficiency with Outlook considered an asset. Experience using inventory and fulfillment systems including FIFO Strong communication skills working with staff and coordinating customers, carriers, and internal teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work while walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods. Experience with warehouse safety Forklift certification is a requirement. Why Halifax Seed?
