Shipper/Receiver

Job Overview Napa Auto Parts, Tillsonburg is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping/ recieving and delivery processes within our store, ensuring that all products are accurately received, put away and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse/store operations and a strong understanding of shipping/receiving/delivery process. Duties Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against packing slips and inspecting for damage. Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve shipping/receiving processes. Conduct basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts and order processing. Completing regular inventory cycle counts. Direct delivery drivers and monitor delivery times and produce reports. Computer skills required Experience Previous experience in a warehouse/store setting is preferred, with a focus on shipping & receiving operations. Strong skills in receiving, order picking, inventory control, and basic math are essential for success in this role.
