Shipper/Receiver
Unetixs Vascular, Inc.We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper & Receiver to join our team! In this role, you will manage incoming inventory and make sure outgoing customer orders are packed and shipped accurately. You will use everyday computer systems like WordPress, FedEx, UPS, and Excel to keep track of orders and generate shipping labels. Key Responsibilities Order Processing: Check online orders coming in through our WordPress website and prepare them for shipping. Packing & Shipping: Carefully pack items, print shipping labels using FedEx and UPS software, and stage packages for pickup. Receiving Inventory: Unload incoming shipments, inspect items for damage, and organize them in the warehouse. Data Entry: Keep basic track of inventory, order logs, and tracking numbers using Microsoft Excel . Teamwork & Cleanliness: Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and stocked with boxes, tape, and packing materials. What We’re Looking For Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using basic web applications (WordPress), shipping software (FedEx/UPS), and spreadsheets (Excel). Attention to Detail: Able to double-check order numbers, shipping addresses, and package contents so customers get the right items. Physical Ability: Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and stand/walk during the workday. Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and good communication skills. Preferred Experience (Bonus, but not required) Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or shipping/receiving role. Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce or shipping platforms.
