VSM Abrasives Canada Inc.Overview As a member of the Logistics team the Shipper/Receiver role supports accurate, timely warehouse distribution by preparing orders, handling goods, and coordinating shipping and receiving. The work helps colleagues keep inventory moving and customers’ orders on track. Responsibilities Pick and fulfill orders for warehouse and checking items and quantities for accuracy. Package goods securely, prepare shipments, and assist with shipping and receiving tasks. Load and unload materials safely, using a forklift, reach truck, or order picker when appropriate. Experience Required: Practical ability to follow order-picking and packaging instructions, handle warehouse goods, perform basic math, and maintain accurate system records supports dependable fulfillment and safe load-and-unload work. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including warehouse distribution and shipping & receiving, is helpful; Certification for forklifts, reach trucks, and shipping systems such as a courier software, warehouse management system. Must be reside in the GTA and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
