POSITION OVERVIEW In the position of Shipper / Receiver you will make a difference every single day as you receive product, verify accuracy, unload product, organize, and move product to production, as well as moving product from production and loading into trucks for delivery to clients. Shippers and Receivers must apply high attention to detail ensuring order accuracy and must organize and prioritize orders to ensure the highest level of efficiency. WAGE $25.75 - $26.75 SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3:15pm - 1:45am EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS · Must have prior general experience working successfully in both a team environment and independently · Ideally have at least one year’s previous warehouse experience in storage and rotation of supplies, order picking and flow of production · Good knowledge of all types of eggs, including the many different varieties of specialty eggs · Able to read, write and speak English and basic math skills. Grade 12 education would be preferred · Able to prioritize and organize work independently · Able to adapt to changes and open to learning new ways to get things done more efficiently and effectively · Able to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking and reacting quickly, and making fast yet accurate decisions · Equipment Operator’s Certification to operate the forklift and pallet jack, or the ability to obtain certifications · Strong organizational skills are required, as is the ability to set work priorities and work independently · Must be able to communicate and work well with others as part of a team, demonstrating politeness, respect, and courtesy in communication and daily interactions · Ability to work independently with little supervisio…
