Shipper/Receiver

Job Summary The Shipper/Receiver supports accurate, timely movement of goods through warehouse distribution, from receiving and order picking to packaging and shipment. The role uses warehouse systems and equipment to help keep orders organized and ready for fulfillment. Responsibilities Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments; record inventory movements in a warehouse management system, MRP, or AS400. Pick and fulfill orders, including e-commerce orders, checking items and quantities for accuracy. Package orders securely and prepare shipments for dispatch. Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment, such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker, following safe work practices. Your impact: Accurate, timely handling helps colleagues maintain reliable inventory and customers receive complete orders. Experience Required: Basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to follow order information and record inventory accurately are practical capabilities for shipping, receiving, and fulfillment work. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, packaging, or order picking, is helpful; familiarity with a warehouse management system, MRP, AS400, forklift, reach truck, or order picker is an advantage.
