Job Description We are currently looking for a motivated Shipper join our logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day preparation and shipment of LTL and small parcel in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate will report to the logistics manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verifying orders are accurate by checking part numbers and quantities. Prepare shipments by boxing, sealing packages, and applying correct labels for transit. Lift, carry, push, pull, and move heavy packages while maintaining safety standards. Communicate to supervisor and/or coordinator with issues or discrepancies. Keep the warehouse floor and work area clean, organized, and safe. Confirming and shipping orders in SAP. Process and print pack list and bill of ladings. Operating warehouse equipment such as tape machine, forklift and/or pallet jack. Cross training in other areas of the warehouse. Identifying and properly label and ship hazmat packages per the 49CFR regulations. 49 CFR Hazmat certification (on the job training). All other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Education/Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, technical experience in a manufacturing setting a plus. Basic math skills required. Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to independently execute tasks and escalate issues as needed. Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, combined with collaborating within a team setting.
