Shipper and Receiver

Job Overview The Shipper and Receiver supports accurate, timely movement of goods through warehouse distribution, from receiving deliveries to preparing orders for shipment. This role handles order fulfillment for warehouse and e-commerce operations, keeping inventory and shipment information organized and helping colleagues deliver the right products to customers. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; compare items and quantities with order and MRP records. Pick, package, and prepare orders for dispatch, using an order picker or reach truck as appropriate. Load and unload goods safely, operate a forklift where applicable, and maintain orderly staging and storage areas. Update transactions in a warehouse management system or AS400 and report discrepancies for follow-up. Skills Required: Basic math, careful order picking, packaging, and accurate shipping and receiving records support dependable daily work. Preferred: Warehouse experience, warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, e-commerce operations, and familiarity with a warehouse management system, MRP, or AS400 are helpful; forklift, reach truck, and order picker experience can support efficient material handling.
