Shipper and Packer

Job Overview As a Shipper and Packer, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving by picking, packing, and preparing products for accurate, safe shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to handle materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support smooth warehouse distribution. This hands-on role suits someone who works carefully, follows safety procedures, and enjoys contributing to a dependable team. Responsibilities Pick and verify orders, check quantities with basic math. Pack, label, and stage shipments, applying quality control checks to help ensure orders are complete and ready to ship. Load and unload deliveries, receive and stock products, and support shipping and receiving and inventory management. Operate pallet jacks and, when trained and authorized, forklifts. Follow warehouse operations procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving materials. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and shipment preparation help customers receive the right products while supporting reliable warehouse operations. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, or warehouse distribution. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, RF scanners, and barcode scanning for logistics is preferred. Ability to perform materials handling, heavy lifting, and load and unload tasks safely; follow safety protocols and use material handling equipment responsibly. Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred but not required. Reach truck, forklift, order picker, cherry picker, and pallet jack experience is valued. Follow site requirements for training and authorization before operating equipment.
