We’re Hiring! Shipping Clerk Work Monday–Thursday | Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend! Looking for a better work-life balance? Join our team as a Shipping Clerk and enjoy a schedule that gives you your weekends back! Work four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, and enjoy a three-day weekend every week. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right. What You’ll Do Prepare and package outgoing products for shipment. Follow customer-specific packaging and shipping instructions. Prepare shipping documents and process transactions in our ERP/MES/MRP systems. Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages. Receive and handle customer-supplied materials. Maintain electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls. Follow company safety and quality standards while supporting daily shipping operations. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Experience shipping packages through UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and attention to detail. Must meet the definition of a U.S. person under 22 CFR 120.62 (U.S. citizen or qualifying permanent resident). Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. Ability to sit for periods while working at a computer or operating a vehicle.
