Primary Objective of Position: Safely pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipping and receive parts or materials and transport them to the proper location. Key Areas of Responsibility Coordinates the shipment of all parts products, materials, and supplies ordered through the parts department. Unloads and examines incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, and recording shortages. Maintains required receiving and shipping records in the designated documents or computer systems. Assembles containers and crates using the proper tools, and selects the appropriate spacers, fillers, and protective padding. Packs proper items into containers and secures them with the proper shipping labels. Loads shipments onto freight truck in a safe manner using the proper tools. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Practices any and all safety measures necessary Assist the Small Package Shipper and Receiver when needed Participates in required off-site events such as the annual owner’s rally as requested. Takes responsibility for supporting other parts shipping/pulling team functions, projects, and administrative tasks as required. Key Attributes Detail-oriented and organized. Able to work independently. Education & Experience High school diploma. Experience in warehouse shipping role preferred. Experience operating a forklift preferred. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook. #newmar
