Sports Card Sorter & Shipping Associate Job Description : We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sports Card Sorter & Shipping Associate. This role is responsible for accurately sorting sports cards from live card breaks by team and buyer, organizing orders, maintaining an orderly shipping station, and ensuring customer orders are packaged securely and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling trading cards with care and attention to detail. Responsibilities: * Sort sports cards from live breaks by team and buyer to ensure each customer receives the correct cards. * Organize and prepare customer orders for shipping. * Package trading cards securely to prevent damage during transit. * Print shipping labels, prepare packages, and ensure orders are shipped on schedule. * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping station. * Monitor shipping supplies and keep an accurate inventory of mailers, boxes, sleeves, team bags, bubble wrap, and other packaging materials. * Notify management when supplies are running low and assist with restocking. * Double-check orders for accuracy and completeness before shipping. * Handle sports cards carefully to prevent loss, damage, or mix-ups. * Assist with other card sorting, inventory, and fulfillment tasks as needed. Qualifications: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy. * Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. * Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing or sitting for extended periods. * Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software and order management systems. * Ability to follow established procedures and meet shipping deadlines. * Previous experience with sports cards, trading cards, e-commerce fulfillment, or shipping is a plus, but not required.
