ConfidentialJob Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to pack and ship teddy bear orders from home. You'll print shipping labels, package orders carefully, and get them to USPS or UPS on schedule. We provide the computer, printer, and all shipping materials, and we train you to get set up. Responsibilities Pack teddy bears securely and neatly, following our packing standards Print shipping labels and packing slips from our order system Match each order to the right label and confirm accuracy before sealing Schedule USPS/UPS pickups, or drop packages at a local carrier location Keep shipping records up to date and flag any damaged, missing, or delayed orders Track shipping supplies and tell us when you're running low Requirements Must legally reside in Lake County, Illinois Available for a 2-hour in-person training session to get set up Comfortable using a computer (email, web-based tools, printing) Careful and organized, with attention to detail A safe, clean space at home to store and pack orders Able to lift up to [X] lbs and reliably get packages to a carrier Reliable and communicative; you meet shipping deadlines Nice to have Prior shipping, packing, or e-commerce experience Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar tools What we provide Computer, label printer, and all packing materials Paid training and clear step-by-step instructions Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week Work Location: Remote
