Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and dispatching orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery through various carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and organization to support our company's shipping operations. Duties Prepare packages for shipment by accurately weighing, labeling, and securing items according to company standards. Manage daily shipping tasks, including picking, packing, and labeling products for dispatch. Coordinate with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries. Ensure that all shipments comply with safety guidelines, including lifting weights up to 30lbs safely. Maintain organized shipping areas and keep records of shipped packages for tracking purposes. Verify order details and shipping addresses to prevent errors. Assist in inventory management related to outgoing shipments as needed. Follow all safety procedures during handling and packaging to prevent injuries. Experience Prior experience in logistics or shipping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely and consistently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic familiarity with shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
