Shift Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Shift Supervisor to lead our retail team through busy shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. Duties Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales potential Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure outstanding customer service at all times Manage cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and payroll processing with precision Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews for new hires, and assist in recruiting efforts to build a strong team Maintain operational standards including safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies Skills Proven experience in supervising retail teams with strong leadership capabilities Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee orientation techniques Proficient in POS systems, inventory control software, and basic bookkeeping practices Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during shift changes and busy periods Knowledge of retail math including sales calculations, pricing strategies, and budgeting principles Ability to train staff in retail sales techniques, customer service excellence, and operational procedures Experience with merchandising, stock management, purchasing decisions, and inventory management systems Demonstrated managerial communication skills with the ability to lead by example and foster teamwork Familiarity with wireless sales environments or grocery store operations is a plus Capable of managing cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining high standards of cashiering and customer service Join us as a Shift Supervisor if you’re passionate about leading teams to success while delivering top-tier shopping experiences.
