Responsibilities Supervise daily store activities, ensuring efficient shift operations and customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and manage retail sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and team management. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Manage cash handling procedures, POS systems, payroll processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks accurately. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and operational knowledge. Coordinate purchasing decisions, manage inventory levels, and oversee store merchandising to maintain an attractive shopping environment. Qualifications Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or grocery store environments with strong leadership skills. Demonstrated expertise in retail math, sales management, inventory management, and operational oversight. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, purchasing, and inventory control software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and marketing fundamentals. Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently. Previous experience in training & development, employee recruitment (interviewing), payroll processing, and managing retail teams is highly desirable.
