Shift Manager

Responsibilities Food Prep in Morning shifts, may be required in Evening shifts as well, F.E. Cutting Fresh Green Onions, Handling Raw Meat etc., Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service Manage employee development to foster a high-performing team Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Handle cash register operations, POS systems, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure store policies are followed Requirements Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurant environments Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math principles Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership qualities that inspire team engagement Experience in retail sales, merchandising, stock management, and customer service excellence Previous experience in retail management or assistant manager roles is preferred Join us as a Shift Manager if you're passionate about leading teams to success while creating memorable shopping experiences.
