We are URGENTLY HIRING motivated Shift Leaders to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure efficient movement of products throughout our distribution center in Midway, TN . This is a hands-on shift leadership role that combines team supervision with warehouse operations, making it ideal for candidates with prior shift management experience and strong communication skills. Pay & Schedule for Shift Leaders Pay: $22.45 Per Hour Schedules Available: Saturday-Monday 5:30PM-5AM, 36 hours Full-time opportunity Consistent work schedule Shift Leader Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift Communicate daily priorities, expectations, and performance goals Report employee injuries, attendance issues, and operational concerns Coordinate with other Shift Leads and management to ensure smooth operations Assist with loading and unloading freight Scan, sort, and organize products accurately Maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment Monitor workflow and help resolve issues as they arise Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed Qualifications for Shift Leaders Previous shift leadership, supervisory, or shift management experience in a Warehouse setting required Warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Professional and confident leadership style Ability to work full time in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift, move, and handle products as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic APPLY TODAY!! - Previous shift management exp - Strong communication skills - Steady work history #nowhiring
