Shift Leader

Warehouse Shift Lead 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm WOLFpak WOLFpak is looking for a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Shift Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and keep our picking and packing teams running efficiently. The Shift Lead will work directly on the warehouse floor, making sure team members are following established processes, orders are moving through the warehouse accurately and efficiently, and warehouse standards are maintained throughout the shift. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable leading a team, and willing to step in wherever needed to keep operations moving. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily performance of the picking and packing teams Make sure orders are picked, packed, and processed accurately and efficiently Monitor workflow throughout the shift and move team members between areas when needed Identify bottlenecks or slowdowns and help correct them quickly Coach team members on proper warehouse processes, procedures, and SOPs Correct process issues and provide additional training when employees are not following established procedures Maintain WOLFpak warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational standards Make sure workstations remain clean, organized, and properly stocked Help ensure employees are meeting productivity and accuracy expectations Perform routine quality checks on picked and packed orders Communicate priorities, changes, and expectations clearly to the warehouse team Assist with training and onboarding new warehouse employees Escalate recurring performance, attendance, or operational issues to warehouse management Help reinforce safety procedures and proper handling of products and equipment Lead by example and assist with picking, packing, replenishment, and other warehouse tasks when needed What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution experience Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes Ability to coach employees and hold team members accountable to established standards Strong organization and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Able to identify problems and make quick operational decisions Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Reliable, dependable, and consistent Willing to be hands-on and work alongside the team What Success Looks Like A successful Warehouse Shift Lead keeps the warehouse floor organized and productive. Picking and packing teams understand their responsibilities, orders move efficiently, mistakes are addressed quickly, and team members are consistently coached to follow WOLFpak processes and SOPs. The goal of this position is simple: keep the shift running efficiently, maintain warehouse standards, and help the team perform at a high level every day.
