Shift Leader

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about retail management. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all activities run efficiently and smoothly Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain an attractive and organized store environment Handle cash transactions, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cash handling procedures accurately and securely Assist with training new staff, and supporting ongoing development initiatives Skills Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within the food industry. Strong management skills with the ability to lead by example and foster teamwork Excellent communication skills, including managerial communication and phone etiquette Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping or payroll processes Skilled in customer service excellence, and conflict resolution Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Experience in training & development of staff and implementing operational procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory counts, and sales calculations Strong leadership qualities with previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail settings Join us as a Shift Leader and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences while advancing your leadership career!
