Qualifications You are at least 18 years of age. Previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead and motivate crew members during assigned shifts. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Ensure all food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently followed. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposit preparation. Monitor labor, productivity, and service times to achieve operational goals. Train and coach team members on Potbelly standards and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Support inventory management, product rotation, and stock replenishment. Ensure accurate order fulfillment and quality control. Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance and operational needs.
