Shift Lead — Premier Island Distribution & Logistics

Run the floor. Own the morning. We're Premier Island Distribution & Logistics — the team that stocks grocery and convenience store shelves across Oahu before the island wakes up. We're hiring a Shift Lead to run our early-morning operation: real responsibility, a direct line to ownership, and pay that grows when you deliver. What you'll do day to day: Open the warehouse at 4am: check the day's orders, route sheets, and inbound deliveries. Assign routes and loads to drivers; brief the crew on priorities and problem stops. Supervise picking, staging, and loading — verify counts before trucks roll. Handle customer issues on the spot when things go sideways. Receive inbound product, check invoices, run cycle counts, flag shrink and damage. Close out the shift: all routes returned, paperwork complete, warehouse secured. The pay: $25/hr base, overtime after 40 — plus up to $500/month in performance bonuses for on-time dispatch, order accuracy, low shrink, and a safe shift. Hit your numbers and you're at ~$58,000 a year. Annual merit review with a path to Senior Lead. What we're looking for: Warehouse, distribution, or supervisory experience. Comfortable on a forklift and pallet jack; able to lift 50+ lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
