What You Will Do The Setup Coordinator plays an important role in supporting RateLinx’s Project Management Team by handling system setups, configurations, testing, and carrier coordination throughout the implementation process. You will work closely with Project Managers to complete these tasks accurately and efficiently, helping keep projects moving forward while allowing Project Managers to focus on more complex project requirements and client needs. You will support client and carrier implementations by: Creating client and location profiles in Production and Portal, requesting database creation, adding applicable modules, setting up test users, and completing other setup tasks as directed by the Project Manager. Configuring carrier properties and ShipVias based on client setup documentation clarified by the Project Manager. Configuring client-specific audit settings based on documented requirements clarified by the Project Manager. Configuring EDI requirements for invoicing and tracking with existing carriers and coordinating with carrier and internal teams to establish EDI connections with new carriers as needed. Communicating directly with carriers regarding integration requirements and setup needs, including EDI configuration. Loading PRO blocks into carrier properties as needed You will help ensure system configurations and fixes are working as expected by: Testing smaller custom changes as assigned by the Project Manager, such as verifying changes to fields on documents. Testing fixes and other updates delivered by the Standard Product Team to confirm they address the issues identified by the Project Manager. Completing page configuration tasks as directed by the Project Manager, including creating fields and making existing fields visible. Collaborating with the Project Management Team to identify setup issues, clarify requirements, and help improve implementation processes and documentation. Who You Are You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to complete setup and configuration tasks accurately.· You have experience in software implementation, technical support, system configuration, or a similar role. You have experience with EDI, carrier integrations, or transportation management systems (TMS). You are comfortable working with software systems and learning how different configurations and integrations function. You can follow technical documentation and detailed instructions to complete setup tasks and troubleshoot discrepancies. You have strong problem-solving skills and can identify issues, ask questions, and seek clarification when requirements are unclear. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external carrier partners. You can manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. You are comfortable testing software changes and verifying that fixes work as expected. You work well with others and can collaborate effectively with Project Managers and cross-functional teams. You take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through on assigned tasks. You are a self-starter. You work until things get done.
