Duties Assist with the setup of warehouse stations, including organizing materials and preparing equipment for daily operations Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes to load, unload, and move materials safely Support order picking activities using RF scanners and manual handling techniques to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Participate in shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Manage inventory levels by organizing stock in designated areas and updating records using inventory management systems Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols during all manual handling and equipment operation tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or materials handling environments Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload machinery Strong knowledge of warehouse operations such as shipping & receiving, inventory management, and manual handling procedures Familiarity with RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory updates Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and data entry tasks Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or overseeing warehouse activities is a plus Commitment to safety protocol adherence according to OSHA standards for heavy lifting and equipment operation This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a fast-moving logistics setting.
