Our work is making sure its next chapter starts clean, intentional, and in the right hands. This role isn't generic office admin — it's the operational backbone of the shop. You need to already know your way around cars, parts, and how a shop runs. If you like precision, puzzle-solving, and being trusted with real responsibility in an automotive environment, you'll feel at home here. Pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a bonus program that's a major part of the total package — see below. The bonus program This is worth calling out on its own, because it's real money, not a footnote. Everyone at MOTORIOT earns monthly bonuses on top of base pay, tied to how the shop performs and your own numbers: A shop-wide bonus that pays a percentage of your hours every month the shop hits its revenue goals A personal bonus for writers based on the work you sell that gets approved and completed In a normal month this puts roughly $1,000 to $1,500 extra in your pocket , and strong months pay more The system is transparent — you'll see your numbers live in our software and know exactly where you stand.
