Service Truck Driver

Role: Service Truck Operator responsible for sales and service of large truck and farm tires, including installation, repair, and on-site support using a mobile service truck. No prior experience required; training provided. Key Duties Sell and service large truck and farm tires at the shop and on-site Operate hydraulic boom arm and dismount tires/wheels using hand and power tools Install, repair, and troubleshoot tires, providing recommendations Work with established accounts and deliver excellent customer service Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license and safe driving record Positive attitude with a “Can-Do” approach Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly and operate air guns safely in all weather conditions Physical capability to handle heavy equipment and tires Benefits & Compensation Starting at $25/hour plus commissions Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates Competitive pay, paid vacation, sick time, holidays Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match Tuition reimbursement, vehicle discounts, advancement opportunities
