Service Technician / Warehouse SAS Home Solutions | La Grange, KY Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role SAS Home Solutions is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in La Grange, Kentucky. This position combines hands-on residential repair work with warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality workmanship. Drywall repair and finishing are the primary skills we are seeking, along with the ability to assist with warehouse operations and job staging. Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Full-time employment with benefits Growth opportunities within SAS Home Solutions Bonus opportunities Supportive team environment that values craftsmanship and dependability Responsibilities Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing surfaces for paint-ready results Match existing wall textures and paint repaired areas Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, tools, and materials Pull, inspect, and stage materials for upcoming installation projects Load installation vehicles and unload incoming deliveries Operate a forklift safely to move and unload materials (training provided if needed) Inspect deliveries for damage and accuracy Assist with inventory management and reporting shortages Perform general home repairs, including trim work, caulking, and minor carpentry Support service work involving showers, bathtubs, and other home improvement projects Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Deliver excellent customer service while working independently and with team members Qualifications 1-3 years of related experience preferred Strong drywall repair and finishing experience required Painting and texture-matching experience Forklift experience preferred Shower and bathtub repair experience preferred Basic plumbing experience with toilets, faucets, and vanities preferred LVP flooring installation and repair experience is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation and basic hand tools Ability to lift and move bulky materials safely Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Why Join SAS Home Solutions?
