Service Representative/Yard Material Handler

Job description: Overview: 2M Company, a leading wholesale supplier of products and materials for today’s diverse water industry, is looking for a hardworking, energetic, and self-motivated service representative/yard material handler for their Missoula branch. This is a full-time position that involves providing a high level of customer service to existing clients and developing long-term client relationships. The qualified candidate will assist in day-to-day business operations to allow all customer interactions to be pleasant and smooth. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: · Pulling customer orders and maintaining warehouse. · Establish, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships and accounts by providing top notch customer service. · Work with other staff members to identify. Prioritize, and implement initiatives that will streamline day-to-day operations in the warehouse. · Work with high energy and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. · Occasional product delivery to clients. · Answer client questions and concerns in an expeditious manner. · Manage customer invoices and provide accurate consistent pricing. · Unload freight trucks, check in, and put away products. · Pull overstocked items and put away in designated stocking locations. · Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
