Service Parts Specialist (Inside Sales / Spare Parts)
Bright MindsService Parts Specialist Full Time / Direct Hire Salary: $60,000 Base + 10% Bonus + Health, Dental, Vision Benefits Location: Hebron, KY Bright Minds' leading industrial machinery client is searching for an experienced Service Parts Specialist to join their team in Hebron, KY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience supporting industrial equipment or machinery with a strong emphasis on researching and identifying replacement/service parts. This is a technical, customer-facing role- not a traditional warehouse parts or generic inside-sales position. In this position, you will work directly with customers and service technicians to identify replacement and warranty parts, research components using equipment manuals, BOMs and technical documentation, check availability in an ERP system, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate shipments. You will also support backorders, RMAs, warranty parts, and aftermarket spare-parts opportunities. Requirements for the Service Parts Specialist: 3-5+ years of experience supporting industrial equipment, machinery, automation, machine tools, or similar products with replacement/service parts Experience researching and identifying technical parts using manuals, BOMs, drawings, or other technical documentation Experience working with an ERP system to research parts, inventory, and availability; SAP is a plus Experience preparing quotes and processing customer orders Strong customer-facing communication and organizational skills Must be comfortable working onsite in Hebron, KY For immediate consideration, please submit your MS Word resume to lmiller@hirebrightminds.com
