Service Parts Specialist

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Parts Specialist. This position plays an important role in supporting our service department by ensuring technicians have the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently and keep jobs moving through the shop. **Job Responsibilities:** * Look up and identify parts needed for service and repair jobs. * Prepare parts quotes and estimates for customer repairs. * Order parts from manufacturers and suppliers. * Receive incoming parts, verify orders, and organize inventory. * Maintain accurate parts inventory and help monitor stock levels. * Keep the parts room clean, organized, and properly stocked. * Assist customers at the front counter when service parts responsibilities are caught up. * Provide support to the Service Manager with daily operations and other duties as needed. * Communicate with technicians and service staff to ensure parts are available when needed. **What We're Looking For:** * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment. * Good computer skills and the ability to learn parts lookup systems. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. * Previous parts or outdoor power equipment experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person.
