Service Parts Manager

Service Parts Manager HVAC Plumbing Electrical We are hiring a Service Parts Manager to join our growing team! We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to oversee the parts and inventory needs for our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service departments. Responsibilities Manage daily parts inventory and organization Order, receive, and distribute HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stocking levels Work closely with service technicians to identify and obtain needed parts Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to place orders and track deliveries Research and locate parts when needed Monitor pricing and help control parts costs Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts area Track special orders, returns, warranties, and core returns Communicate with management, technicians, and office staff Help ensure technicians have the materials they need to complete jobs efficiently Perform regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a related service industry preferred Parts, warehouse, inventory, or purchasing experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Ability to identify and understand common HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Valid driver’s license preferred What We’re Looking For We need someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, follows through on tasks, communicates well with the team, and understands that having the right parts available is essential to keeping our service department running smoothly.
