Job Description Summary

Join a fast paced, collaborative environment as a Service Operations Analyst within the GE HealthCare Service Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals across Service Operations, Sales, IT, and Finance. You’ll support both Sales and Service functions, contribute to operational excellence, and play an active role in helping the organization achieve its annual goals.

This will be an 18-month position

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


Operational Support & Data Management

  • Generate quotes and service agreements using QuoteWerks

  • Enter and maintain agreements within the Siebel CRM platform

  • Support Customer Account Analysts with account and contract reviews, billing activities, and data management tasks

  • Create and manage online workflow processes to improve operational efficiency

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce and analyze utilization reports for pooled service agreements

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support decision‑making

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Service Management, Account Managers, and Field Service Representatives to support customer and operational needs

  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Finance teams to resolve collections issues and ensure timely closure

Required Qualifications

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,000 - $67,000
