• Manage schedules, documentation, and communication for the onsite service team.
• Maintain and organize files, databases, and records of inventory and assets.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of IT equipment and parts.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and procurement.
• Work with engineer, TAM, PM, ACCT, and RMA for needed reports and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment to meet project deadlines.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues as needed.
• Assist in deploying IT systems and equipment in collaboration with the technical team.
Required Qualifications
• Four years experience working in the IT industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is highly desirable but not required.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems, hardware, and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with inventory and logistics management.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Suite, database management, inventory tracking software, and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.
