Service & Inventory Coordinator

Full-time | $20–$25 per hour | Monday–Friday — No weekends Goodwill’s Used Cars is looking for an organized, dependable Service & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role combines customer service, service scheduling, and inventory administration to help keep our shop and dealership running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer service phone calls and assist customers with inquiries. Book appointments and keep the service schedule organized. Prepare invoices, bill out customers, and process payments. Work closely with the shop foreman to coordinate shop workload and ensure technicians have consistent work. Communicate with customers about appointment details, service progress, and vehicle pickup. Manage dealership inventory listings and ensure vehicle information on our website is accurate and up to date. Upload and organize inventory photos online. What we’re looking for Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills. Confidence using computers, entering information, and managing online listings. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a busy dealership. A reliable team player who takes initiative and follows through. Previous dealership, automotive service, scheduling, or administrative experience is an asset. What we offer $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. Full-time employment with a Monday–Friday schedule. No weekend shifts. A varied role with a family-owned and operated dealership.
