Job Description: SeaLife Service & Fulfillment Specialist Position Summary The Service & Fulfillment Specialist supports customers throughout the product service and order-fulfillment process. This position provides technical product assistance, evaluates and processes returned products, fulfills domestic and international orders, receives and organizes inventory, and helps maintain efficient, accurate, and orderly service and warehouse operations. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. Objectives · Deliver responsive technical service and fulfillment support that meets or exceeds customer expectations. · Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve product-performance issues through returned-product service and remote customer support. · Process service orders, customer orders, and incoming shipments accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures. · Maintain organized service, shipping, receiving, and inventory areas that promote safety, efficiency, and productivity. · Identify opportunities to improve product quality, service turnaround, fulfillment accuracy, and operating efficiency. Qualifications and Skills Ability to develop and maintain proficiency in SeaLife products, technical specifications, functionality, evaluation procedures, and repair processes. Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and prioritize service and fulfillment deadlines. Working knowledge of automated shipping applications, order documentation, and standard warehouse practices. Ability to efficiently receive, move, store, pack, and prepare products and materials for shipment. Commitment to following company policies, standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and workplace safety practices. Essential ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service and Product Support · Serve as a primary contact for technical product questions from dealers and consumers by phone, email, messaging platforms, and other approved channels. · Work directly with customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues and provide clear instructions for field fixes when appropriate. · Generate return authorizations for products requiring evaluation and repair or replacement. · Evaluate returned products to determine the type and cause of damage, defect, or performance issue. · Complete required service actions and process service orders promptly in accordance with customer needs and established policies and procedures. · Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of SeaLife products, technical specifications, evaluation methods, and repair processes. · Draft or recommend updates to online troubleshooting information and communicate product findings to the Product Quality Team. · Coordinate supplier warranty returns and related communications. Order Fulfillment and Shipping Process, pack, document, and ship domestic and international customer orders accurately and on schedule. Complete all related paperwork and system entries in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintain working knowledge of automated shipping applications and carrier requirements. Provide freight quotes and shipment information to Customer Service and Sales as requested. Stock, monitor, and reorder shipping supplies to support uninterrupted operations. Maintain efficient workflow, high-quality output, and accurate order processing while minimizing delays and avoidable costs. Receiving and Inventory Document incoming shipments and verify products and quantities against packing slips and related records.
