gate, and analyze quality and reliability concerns affecting products in the field.
• Provide information and training to Service Analysts and Parts Analysts.
• Monitor product health to help control and reduce warranty expenses.
• Maintain problem logs to identify and quantify recurring issues.
• Communicate product concerns to service engineering, design engineering, and other engineering teams as appropriate.
• Initiate requests for product improvements with Engineering.
• Travel to dealer and customer sites to assist with field problem resolution.
• Assist dealers with customer acceptance and satisfaction concerns.
• Mentor Service Analysts.
• Support coordination across departments to resolve problems and communicate solutions to the field.
• Perform other duties and activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to seven years of job-related experience.
• At least three years of lift truck industry experience.
• Experience communicating with dealers.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings or drafting materials.
• Failure analysis experience.
• MS Office experience.
• Statistical analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Education may substitute for experience. (Not required)
