Service Dispatcher - Sherwood Customs

Sherwood Buick GMC's customs department, Sherwood Customs is actively seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our busy dealership and team! This is an entry level role to kick start your career in the automotive industry! Work with some of the coolest Custom Projects in Canada! Candidate must be able to work with others in a fast paced environment with clear verbal and written communication skills. It's also important that the right candidate is personable and works and communicates well with others. The position is responsible For: Managing, prioritizing and dispatching required work for Sherwood Customs vehicles Managing, prioritizing and dispatching detail and ppf/3m work Implements and maintains an effective CDK dispatch system Schedule shop work to facilitate maximum technician productivity based on tech skill level. Prioritize and control all comebacks to ensure proper and prompt attention. Ensure repair order documentation is correct verifying complaint, cause, and correction statements with proper time punches. Book job lines and invoice repair orders and needed.
